Include your device model, iOS or Android version and the Night Rider version if available. A screenshot or a short description of the steps that led to the issue helps us investigate. Please never send passwords, verification codes or payment-card details.
How do I change the controls?
Open Driving Settings from the title or pause screen. Choose floating steering and pedals, single joystick, arrows, swipe or tilt. With floating steering, touch the selected half to move the steering ring, then drag left or right. Choose your hand, adjust control height and sensitivity, then save. Close discards unsaved changes. Find Practice under Explore to try a layout without rewards.
How long does a ride last?
Tap PLAY to ride. Your first delivery is a quiet introduction. After that, keep delivering until your vehicle breaks down or you choose to end the ride from Pause. Collect shields, repairs and other power-ups to keep going. Timed contracts and challenges are available under Explore.
How do pickups and deliveries work?
Ride into the marked ring to start the automatic handoff; you do not need to park or remain inside. Follow the minimap to your active order. With a drone, reaching the ring starts an automatic landing, handoff and takeoff.
What counts toward my best score?
Your delivery earnings before the first breakdown or voluntary finish set the score for that ride. Records are saved per vehicle. An optional continue earns more coins without raising that score. Daily Challenge uses a fixed three-minute setup. Signed-in players can optionally post their ordinary first-life score to Game Center on iPhone and iPad or Google Play Games on Android.
Where is my progress saved?
Your coins, vehicles, missions and settings are saved locally on your device. On Android, open Records → Cloud Save to manually back up your career to Google Play Games or restore that backup on another device. A new device with no earned progress may offer an existing cloud career after Play Games sign-in. Check the displayed local and cloud progress before restoring: restore replaces this device's career. Remove Ads is a separate store purchase and uses Restore Purchases. On iPhone and iPad, Game Center rankings and achievements do not back up the complete game save. Contact us before reinstalling if you need help with missing progress.
Completed delivery earnings remain yours when a ride ends. An unfinished driving session does not resume after the app is closed; orders that were not delivered do not earn a payout.
How do I restore Remove Ads?
Use the same Apple Account or Google Play account that made the purchase. Open Explore, then Remove Ads or Ad-Free · Manage and choose Restore Purchases. An internet connection is required. Restoring this purchase does not restore a lost local game save.

Why is a rewarded ad unavailable?
Ads depend on your connection, region and availability. If an optional rewarded ad cannot play or is closed before completion, its bonus is not granted. Your previously completed delivery earnings remain saved.
