Night Rider is a mobile delivery game. This policy explains what information is used when you play, view an advertisement, or make an in-app purchase. To request deletion, use our Night Rider data-deletion page.
Cloudflare hosts this privacy and support site. Requests may include technical information such as IP address, page URL, timing and diagnostics used to operate and protect it. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Information stored on your device
Night Rider saves your progress, coins, upgrades, missions, personal bests, and control preferences locally on your device. The complete progress save is not uploaded to Night Rider servers. On Android, you can choose to back up your career to Google Play Games as described below. Optional usage statistics can include delivery and purchase outcomes.
Optional platform game services
If you sign in to Game Center on iPhone or iPad, Night Rider can send your first-life ordinary delivery-run score and achievement progress to Apple. On Android, Google Play Games provides the equivalent optional rankings and achievements. Diagnostic rides and Daily Challenge scores are not posted to those rankings. Your platform nickname, score and achievements may be visible to others according to your Apple or Google account settings.
On Android, the Cloud Save control in Records lets you explicitly back up your complete career progress to Google Play Games and later restore it. This includes coins, vehicles, missions, records and other saved game progress; it does not include your Remove Ads purchase entitlement, which is verified separately through the store. After Play Games sign-in on a device with no earned career, Night Rider may check for an existing backup and offer to restore it. Night Rider does not back up or restore the career automatically. Google stores the optional backup under your Play Games account and processes platform data under Google's Privacy Policy. Game Center on iPhone and iPad has no complete-career cloud backup in Night Rider.
Advertising
The game uses Google AdMob to provide interstitial and optional rewarded advertisements. Depending on your region and privacy choices, Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device or advertising identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, ad interactions, and diagnostics to deliver, limit, measure, and prevent fraud in advertising.
Where required, the game asks for consent before requesting ads and provides a privacy-options control so you can revisit your choice. Night Rider currently requests non-personalised ads. Learn more in Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information for advertising.
Optional gameplay statistics
Gameplay Stats is enabled by default unless you previously switched it off. While enabled, Night Rider sends PostHog a random installation identifier, active play and foreground time, feature use, delivery outcomes, vehicle and control choices, purchase-screen interactions, and bounded performance and error categories. We use these to understand play time, difficulty and usability. We do not record your screen, touches, microphone, raw motion readings, or the contents of other apps. Analytics is hosted in PostHog's US region. See PostHog's Privacy Policy.
Switch Gameplay Stats off and save to stop future gameplay statistics. This does not erase previously received statistics. Contact us for assistance with deletion. Purchase verification and financial reporting described below are separate and continue when optional gameplay statistics are off.
In-app purchases
The optional Remove Ads purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store on iPhone and iPad, or by Google Play on Android. RevenueCat receives a random installation identifier and transaction and entitlement information to verify, restore and manage Remove Ads. Alternative prices may be tested for the same permanent benefit; your device's store confirms the price before you pay. RevenueCat forwards purchase and refund records to PostHog for financial reporting. Enabled gameplay statistics use the same random identifier to connect those outcomes. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy. We do not receive your payment-card details. Purchases are also subject to Apple's or Google's privacy policy, as applicable.
On iPhone and iPad, RevenueCat also receives the ad network, format, placement, impression identifier, reported value and currency for live advertisements, linked to the installation identifier to measure ad revenue. Test advertisements are excluded from revenue reporting.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers described above when their feature is used, or when required by law.
Retention and your choices
Local progress remains on your device until you reset it or remove the app. An optional Android cloud career remains in Google Play Games until you delete that game's Play Games data or Google removes it under its policies. Advertising, purchase and platform game-service providers retain information under their own policies. When available, you can revisit advertising choices using Ad Privacy Options in the game's Remove Ads screen. Manage purchases through your Apple Account or Google Play account. Manage platform rankings and achievements through your Game Center or Play Games account settings.
Request data deletion
Use the Night Rider data-deletion page to request deletion of data that Night Rider or its service providers hold for you. The page works even after you uninstall the game.
You can remove the local game save by clearing Night Rider's app data in Android settings or uninstalling it. If you also used Cloud Save, delete Night Rider's Play Games data separately through your Play Games profile; Google explains the steps. On request, we can seek deletion of opted-in gameplay statistics associated with your installation identifier. Transaction and advertising records may need to be retained for billing, fraud prevention or legal obligations under the providers' retention policies. Game Center and Play Games scores, achievements and account details are managed by Apple or Google through your platform account.
Children
Night Rider does not ask players to submit names, email addresses, precise location, photos, contacts, or other personal profile information. If you believe a child has provided personal information in connection with the game, contact us so we can investigate.
Security and international processing
We use platform protections and limit the information handled by the game. Google, Apple, RevenueCat, PostHog and Cloudflare may process information in countries other than your own under the safeguards described in their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the game or its service providers change. The effective date at the top will show the latest revision.
